This is precious: Snarky Puppy playing Forró (although it sounds more like Xaxado, but let’s not dwell on the details)! For all the Capoeristas out there, you will probably recognize the 3/4 beat. If you want to know more about Forró, listen to Gilberto Gil explaining what it is. Snarky Puppy then blends it — of course — with other latin sounds (I think I heard bits of Salsa and Afoxé).
